How to measure your oven:
Measure the flat area of your baking wire and choose the size that fits best. You should measure the internal dimensions (between any edges) of your baking tray.
The dimensions are given with the depth first. The size 35x40 cm therefore means that the flat area of your baking wire must be at least 35 cm deep (from the oven door towards the back of the oven) and 40 cm wide (from the left to the right side of the oven).
The steel must be able to lie stable and horizontal.
If you change your mind about your purchase or wish to exchange it for a different size, you can, within 30 days of receiving your parcel, visit our returns portal and order a return label at the same favourable rate you paid for the delivery. We will refund the product price plus your original delivery charges.
Can I open the parcel?
Yes, of course. The rules are the same as when you buy an item in a high-street shop. As long as you can return the product in the same condition as you received it, you’ll receive a full refund.
However, we would ask you to leave the steel wrapped in the rust-preventative paper it came in and to use the original packaging. That way, the product will be as well protected as possible during the return journey.
